To keep everyone safe, our restrooms and shower house are for monthly residents only. Recreational stays will not be able to use these facilities and will have to use your own self-contained RV.

Daily RATES

We are open to recreation RV stays. We are reservations only, so that we can easily contact trace our guests. You may make a reservation online one day prior to your stay. We are currently not taking drop ins.

We have RV sites that you can reserve on a daily basis for $35.00 a night, and $10 reservation fee. Extra vehicles are $5.00 a night. They all have electricity, water, sewer and free WiFi. We generally have sites for travelers and we are just off of I-84. We are quick and convenient. To make online reservations click here.

Weekly RATES

We have weekly RV sites for $210.00, plus $10 reservation fee. Extra vehicles are $35.00 a week. With our weekly rate get the last night free. Most sites are pull-thru and a few back in. They have electricity, water, sewer and free WiFi. To make online reservations click here.

Monthly RATES

We have Residential monthly RV sites available for $450.00, plus $10 reservation fee and $300 refundable deposit. They have metered electricity (at rate KWH and $10 community electricity fee) and FREE water, sewer and WiFi. Non-residential monthly RV Sites (less than 45 days) for $525.00, plus $10 reservation fee. They include electricity, water, sewer, and WiFi. Our Park

We have just recently purchased this park and are making lots of improvements. We have brand new washrooms with beautiful tile and showers. We have a laundromat onsite for your convenience. We have a park area and over 60 sites. We are right in the small town of Rufus just off the Columbia River and I-84. There are lots of recreational activities in the area, tons of fishing on the Columbia and Deschutes rivers, hiking, biking, kiting and windsuring.
